Referral Scheme
This business is all about people and who you know and as a result, RoCHe frequently places referrals provided by candidates we work with. We very much appreciate your involvement in this and would like to reward you for doing so. For every candidate you refer and we place in a permanent position, we will offer £200 in Gift Vouchers (£200 net, tax paid by RoCHe Recruitment Solutions Ltd).
Terms and Conditions
1. The candidate that you have referred must be placed in permanent employment within a client of RoCHe Recruitment Solutions Ltd.
2. RoCHe Recruitment Solutions Ltd reserves the right to change/discontinue the referral incentive at anytime.
3. Referred candidates must stay within their placement through the probationary period (according to our terms of business with the client) before any reward is given.
4. Referral must be stated before the candidate is interviewed by RoCHe Recruitment Solutions Ltd either by e-mail or by telephone.
The vouchers will be sent to you once the candidate introduced has been placed with one of our clients and any rebate period relating to that placement has expired without the engagement being terminated.
