Job Description

Our client, a world renowned global business is recruiting a HRIS Analyst to join the HR Information Systems team at their London Head Office. This is initially a 6 month contract but there may be an option for this to be extended.

The main duties of this HRIS Analyst role is to provide vital support on the roll out of SuccessFactors across companies within the group.

The role offers support to stakeholders based globally on various matters relating to HR systems and analysis as well as GDRP regulations relating to systems across the EU.

We are seeking a professional candidate who is skilled in gathering, manipulating as well as presenting HR data to a variety of different stakeholders. The HR Systems Assistant will work closely with HR colleagues to align processes, such as recruitment, performance management, Learning & Development on the systems.

Strong attention to detail will be key as will exceptional organisational skills and time management.

You will be an exceptional communicator and have used and supported others, in using HR systems, particularly Successfactors and will be confident in working with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

We are seeking a professional with experience in an HRIS role with in-depth experience of maintaining, enhancing and troubleshooting HR systems, preferably Successfactors.

It will be important to have systems implementation experience, being involved in a project from beginning to end

- Working knowledge of Payroll and time and attendance systems is also preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
- Demonstrates ability to build relationships, resolve problems, remove barriers, & communicate effectively
- Must have familiarity with systems development life cycle stages

Working Hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, base salary to £35k + excellent pension contributions, season ticket loan, Private Medical Insurance and Life Assurance.
